OUR PHILOSOPHY

Our philosophy is rooted in the history of our family that has always cultivated, from one generation to the next, an immoderate passion for the culinary arts married with fine wines. For us, as epicureans, wine is first and foremost a source of conviviality, a means of sharing and discovery, a bridge between cultures.

Alongside this never-ceasing quest for taste and flavour, this traditionally French art de vivre, lies our permanent desire to educate and to share to the greatest extent possible our understanding of the wonderfully complex world of wine, by sharing our savoir faire and experience, of course, but also our doubts and uncertainties. Learning how to taste and appreciate wine is a long process that demands, above all, ample humility.

These cultural culinary roots are accompanied by a rigorous, demanding spirit, a quest for perfection in all that we do. A key family value is that of work well done, but also undoubtedly an asserted simplicity, so as to render our culture as comprehensible and accessible as possible.
